GAC - The strategic approach of ILO/IPEC's Global Awareness Campaign on the Elimination of Child Labour has been translated into Arabic by the ILO SRO Cairo - SCREAM project

During the Sailing the Nile Campaign implemented by all UN agencies working in Egypt to promote MDGs, ILO SRO Cairo SCREAM project in Cooperation with the National Council of Youth organized a series of session with young people and children using SCREAM education pack tools. The sessions were conducted in youth clubs and managed by trained facilitators.

On June 14th 2008, the World Day Against Child Labour 2008 "Education, the right responce to child labour" took place in Saqqara, Egypt.
